The analytical report “Consumer Protection in the European Union and Ukraine” is a result of fruitful cooperation of five foreign and Ukrainian experts and is divided into three major parts. Part I contains a summary of conclusions and recommendations on improving the Ukrainian consumer protection system in such important areas as consumer information, alternative dispute resolution, capacity building of non-governmental organizations, consumer satisfaction index, independent testing, etc. Part II deals with the European consumer protection system. Part III analyses the Ukrainian consumer protection system as compared to the European one.
